We understand that getting into the vehicle of someone you don’t really know can be uncomfortable the first time – for the client and family. No worries!. We are here to help you relax ! 1st Class Top Choice trusted drivers are equipped to provide a safe, ease and comfortable ride for the client, but they can use your help. Please follow the below guidelines to make your ride is a safe and enjoyable experience.

Be On Time
Your ________ driver has worked hard to reach you on time. Please be ready to go when he or she arrives. If you are having trouble or running late, you can call our dispatcher support team for assistance. The sooner we know the more efficient it will be to adjust the schedule for yourself and others.

Be Respectful.
Whether you are riding solo or carpooling with PCA/Attendent, be respectful of all riders and the driver. Remember your manners.

Be Clean.
Your ____________driver works hard to keep a safe, clean vehicle for everyone to ride in. Please do your part in maintaining that cleanliness.
Each ride comes with detailed pickup and drop-off instructions, it is highly recommended that you review this information. Please don’t make last minute changes consult us immediately with changes in plans.
After you book a ride, you will be notified the day before your appointment at 7pm, via text, and phone a reminder call with pick up time. Make sure your home and destination address is correct and you have a current phone number updated, to avoid delays and cancellations.

ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS, MISCONDUCT, ALCOHOL, DRUGS

1st Class Top Choice Senior Transit has zero tolerance policy for weapons, smoking, drugs, alcohol and mobile device usage or soliciting at anytime. This policy applies to all staff as well as the passengers.
All our vehicles are marked with company logo decals and the driver will be wearing our company logo shirt. Automize scheduling makes sure you in the right vehicle.
Remember!
The driver picks you up and drop you off at home at your doorstep. We DO NOT enter your home. You will receive an appointment reminder call the night before, morning of and when we are on the way to pick you up.
The driver picks you up and drop you off at the desk of the department where your appointment is at, and make sure you are signed in. Return cards are available.
The driver will click the confirmed rider button within the Driver APP and dispatch will receive an alert notification indicating that the client has been dropped-off and when they have been picked up. From there are dispatcher can watch the drive from start to finish via the geo-tracking map.
In the case of an accident, the drivers are instructed to pull to the side of the road and call the authorities, emergency responders (as necessary), and our live dispatcher support team.
We will contact family immediately to let them know what happened and next steps. A snap shot is immediately sent to our dispatcher. Our dispatch software keeps us on top of everything!
1st Class Top Choice Senior Transit is required by law to accommodate service animals and make other reasonable accommodations for passengers with special needs.
Out of courtesy to the driver and future riders, we do not allow animals except service animals, who are always welcome passengers.
